The following Terms and Conditions apply to how Shariah Board of America (and its partners and/or subsidiaries which can be other Islamic Organizations directly affiliated or not affiliated with Rahmat-e-Alam Foundation) collects and utilize information from its registered and unregistered users of its website. If you choose to register or submit your information to Shariah Board of America via this website (the “Shariah Board of America website”), you agree to the use of such data in accordance with this privacy statement and the Terms of Use set forth subsequently. This is in order to share and reuse the Islamic knowledge across organizations and help and serve a bigger end user community. Creating an account and registering for receiving these free services is not necessary rather optional, a user should not register with our website and thus not provide us the opportunity to answer their questions by default, however if they choose to register with us, then this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use shall apply in full force and without any exception. By using our website to receive free services such as Ask A Question the end user absolves us from any or all fault.
