Assalamualaikum,
I am 35 years old woman and have two children, one is 10 years and the other is 3 years .
Three days ago when I was in menstrual cycle (my period's second day) my husband was so angry on me that he was saying,"I can’t live with you". Every time when he gets angry he used to say to me the same thing. This time when he was said this to me I also got very angry. I thought that I am in my periods, if he says Talaq, it won’t happen because I am in my periods. Thinking that I said to him, "Okay then give Talaq". Then in anger because I asked him to give Talaq, he said three timesTalaq. Because I thought I am in my periods, the Talaq doesn’t happen. I swear to Allaah, I don’t want Talaq and he also doesn’t want to give it. Now we don’t want to leave each other.
As I was in my periods, did my Talaq happen when he gave Talaq? We don’t want to live without each other. What should I do? Is any Kaffarah I can do for this or fasting? Please give us some solution for this problem.
I beg to Allaah. I ask His forgiveness for my sin. For three days we are dying every moment. What to do? May Allaah forgive me and have merciful solution for my situation and unite me and my husband.
Please tell me what to do.

The 3 divorces take effect even if one issues 3 divorces while his wife is in her menstrual cycle. If you want to live with him then the only way is that after completing your ‘Iddat you have Nikah with another person and after establishing matrimonial relationship if second husband divorces you or he passes away then after completing ‘Iddat you can again come in the Nikah of your first husband.
Paying کفارہ (recompensation) or fasting will not solve this issue.

میں پینتیس سالہ عورت ہوں اور میرے تین اور ۱۰ سالہ دو بچے ہیں۔ تین دن پہلے میں حیض میں تھی ۔ میرے خاوند بہت غصے میں آ گئے اور کہنے لگے کہ میں تمہارے ساتھ نہیں رہ سکتا۔ ہر دفعہ جب انہیں غصہ آتا ہے وہ یہی کہتے ہیں۔ اس دفعہ جب انہوں نے یہ کہا تو میں بھی اتنے غصے میں آ گئی اور یہ سمجھ کے کہ میں حیض میں ہوں، اگر وہ مجھے حیض میں طلاق دیں تو مجھے طلاق نہیں ہو گی ، میں نے انہیں کہا کہ اوکے تو دیں طلاق۔ کیونکہ میں نے انہیں یہ کہا تو انہوں نے غصے میں مجھے تین طلاق دے دیں۔ کیا حیض میں تین طلاق دینے سے مجھے طلاق ہو گئی؟مجھے کیا کرنا چاہیے؟ کیا میں کوئی کفارہ دے سکتی ہوں یا روزے رکھ سکتی ہوں؟برائے مہربانی مجھے اس مسئلے کا کوئی حل بتائیے۔

حالت حیض میں بھی تین طلاق دینے سے تین واقع ہو جائیں گی،اگر آپ انہیں کے ساتھ رہنا چاہتی ہیں تو صرف یہی صورت ہے کہ آپ کی عدت پوری ہونے کے بعد دوسرے شخص سے نکاح کریں اور تعلق زوجیت کے بعد سوء ِاتفاق اگر وہ دوسرے شوہر طلاق دیں یا ان کا انتقال ہو جائے تو عدت کے بعد دوبارہ اپنے پہلے شوہر کے نکاح میں آسکتی ہیں،کفارہ یا روزہ سے اس مسئلہ کا حل نہیں ہوگا ۔
