Assalamualaikum,
If I work for a IT Solution provider which provide their software and also support at client,
1- If company (IT solution provider where one work) send to Bank ( whom they sold their product and also support) to work at their location and support ,will this be ok?
2- If company (IT solution provider where one work) intially hired that one will work at Bank location ( however they will be on IT solution Provider employee) after intial training and may be after some months or year they can be send to another client, is this OK?

It’s not permissible to have a job at a bank or any such company where cooperation is done in interest-based transactions. You should make utmost efforts to get another job. Until you find another job continue working at this job and keep doing repentance and seeking forgiveness, however, if working in the company or the bank is on non-interest basis, i.e., in going there is no involvement in giving or taking interest, or in writing or giving witness then there is room for this kind of employment.

میں ایک آئی ٹی کمپنی کے لئے کام کرتا ہوں جو مختلف کمپنیوں کو سافٹ ویئر فراہم کرتی ہے اور ان کے سافٹ ویئر خریدنے کے بعد ان کمپنیوں میں ضرورت پڑنے پر مدد کے لیے اپنے آدمی بھی بھیجتی ہے:
۱)اگر میری کمپنی مجھے کسی بینک میں کام کرنے اور ان کی مدد کرنے کے لیے بھیجتی ہے کیا میرا وہاں جانا اور ان کی مدد کرنا صحیح ہوگا؟
۲)اگر اس کمپنی نے مجھے یہ بتاکر ملازمت دی کہ شروع میں تربیت بینک میں ہوگی پھر کچھ مہینے یا سال وہیں کام کرنا ہوگا، اس کے بعد ہوسکتا ہے کہ کسی دوسری جگہ کام کے لئے بھیجا جائے۔اس صورت میں کیا اس کمپنی میں ملازمت کرنا صحیح ہوگا؟

بینک یا کسی ایسی کمپنی میں ملازمت جہاں سودی معاملات میں تعاون ہوتا ہو جائز نہیں ہے آپ کو چاہیےکہ آپ دوسری ملازمت کی بھر پور کوشش کریں، جب تک دوسری ملازمت نہ مل جائے اس ملازمت کو جاری رکھیں اور توبہ واستغفار بھی کرتے رہیں البتہ اگرآپ کاکمپنی میں یا بینک میں جانا غیر سودی عنوان سے ہو یعنی جس میں سود لینے ، یا دینے یا لکھنے یا گواہی دینے کا کام نہ ہوتا ہو تو پھر اس قسم کی ملازمت کی گنجائش ہے۔
