Assalamualaikum,
I have a few questions. After listening to several lectures, I have began to think more and more about Jannat and the akhirat in general. I know that once the Day of Judgement comes, wherever we go (May Allah give us all Jannah), we will be there forever. At the same time, I know that there are different levels of Jannat and Jahannam. A question came to my mind: what if I get Jannat, but not the highest level? Since then, I've been having this weird feeling inside of me. I know that Jannat will be so beautiful and amazing to us, but what if I see the higher levels and become "jealous" you could say. To make an easier example, what if I buy a Mercedes and my friend buys a Lamborghini for the same price. Seeing this, I would most likely say "I could have also gotten that Lamborghini, but it's too late now, I have the Mercedes". Of course the Mercedes is very nice and beautiful, but imagine if I had the Lamborghini. The worst part is that I can't even go back and get the Lamborghini now. So now there would be that feeling of uneasiness or jealousy, that I could have had an even better car. Basically these are my questions:
- Will I be sad if I have a lower level of Jannat?
- Is it okay to have this kind of thinking or fear?
- Are there any duas or actions I can perform to please Allah so that he may place me in the highest level of Jannah?
I apologise for the long post, but this has been in my mind for a few weeks now.

Jealousy is one of the quality among the evil qualities found in the human and Allaah Rabbul ‘Izzat will purify and cleanse the people going to Jannat from all such qualities and enter them in Jannat as narrated in the Aayaat of Surah A’araaf and Surah Hajr that ونزعنا ما فی صدورھم من غل. Therefore, we come to know that if someone will be in a lower level Jannat then he will neither have jealousy seeing the people in the upper levels nor he will have any kind of grief and restlessness.
And some of the actions narrated in the Qur’aan and Hadith for the achievement of high levels of Jannat are as follows:
Obedience of Allaah and Rasool ﷺ in all affairs, Utmost love with Rasool ﷺ, steadfastness on all Faraaid (mandatory actions), fulfilling all actions according to Sunnats, obedience of the parents, with that abundance of Nafil Salaat, regularity in Azkaar, etc.

بہت سے لیکچر سننے کے بعد میں نے زیادہ سے زیادہ جنت کے بارے میں اور عمومی طور پر آخرت کے بارے میں سوچنا شروع کردیا ہے، میں جانتا ہوں کہ جب قیامت قائم ہوگی، ہم جہاں بھی جائیں (اللہ ہم سب کو جنت عطا فرمائیں) ہم وہاں ہمیشہ رہیں گے، اس کے ساتھ میں جانتا ہوں کہ جنت اور جہنم کے مختلف درجے ہیں، ایک سوال میرے ذہن میں آیا کہ کیا ہوگا اگر مجھے جنت ملے لیکن سب سے اونچا والا درجہ نہیں؟ اس وقت سے میرے ذہن میں یہ عجیب خیال آرہا ہے کہ جنت اتنی خوبصورت اور حیرت انگیز ہوگی لیکن کیا ہوگا کہ جب ہم اونچے درجوں کی جنت دیکھیں گے تو ہم حسد محسوس کریں گے؟
مثال سے سمجھانے کے لیے اگر میں ایک گاڑی خریدتاہوں اور میرا دوست اتنی ہی قیمت میں ایک بہت ہی قیمتی گاڑی خریدتا ہے، یہ دیکھ کر یقیناً میں سوچوں گا کہ میں بھی ایسی ہی قیمتی گاڑی خرید سکتا تھا، لیکن سب سے بری بات یہ ہے کہ اب میں وہ قیمتی گاڑی نہیں خرید سکتا، میں اب وقت میں واپس نہیں جاسکتا، اس سے میرے اندر بے چینی اور حسد کی کیفیت رہے گی۔
بنیادی طور پر میرے سوالات یہ ہیں:
۱)کیا میں غمگین ہوں گا اگر میں نچلے درجے کی جنت میں ہوں گا؟
۲)اس قسم کے خیال یا دل میں ڈر رہنا کیا صحیح ہے؟
۳)کیا ایسی دعائیں یا اعمال ایسے ہیں جو میں کرسکوں اللہ کو راضی کرنے کے لیے کہ وہ مجھے جنت کے سب سے اونچے درجے میں جگہ دیں؟
میں اتنا زیادہ لکھنے پر معافی چاہتا ہوں لیکن یہ خیالات میرے ذہن میں کچھ ہفتوں سے ہیں

حسد انسان میں پائی جانے والی بری خصلتوں میں سے ایک خصلت ہے ،اور اللہ رب العزت جنت میں جانے والوں کو ایسی تمام خصلتوں سے پاک اور صاف کرکے داخل فرمائیں گے،جیسا کہ قرآن پاک کے سورۃ اعراف اور سورۃحجر کی آیات میں فرمایا گیا ہے کہ '' ونزعنا ما فی صدورھم من غل '' لہذا معلوم ہوا کہ اگر کوئی نچلے درجہ کی جنت میں ہوگا تو اس کو اپنے سے اونچے درجے والوں کو دیکھ کر نہ حسد ہوگا اور نہ کسی قسم کی بے چینی اور غم ہوگا۔
اور جنت کے اعلی درجات کے حصول کے لئے قرآن و حدیث میں جو چیزیں بیان کی گئی ہیں ان میں سے کچھ یہ ہیں ،تمام امور میں اللہ رسول کی اطاعت، حضور اکرم ﷺ سے حد درجہ محبت ،تمام فرائض کی پابندی ، تمام اعمال کو سنتوں کے مطابق انجام دینا،ماں باپ کی فرمانبرداری کرے ساتھ نفل نمازوں کی کثرت،اذکار کا اہتمام وغیرہ
