A divorce issued through email is considered effective and valid; therefore the three divorces issued have taken effect. In the case of three divorces, there is no possibility of ruju(i.e. reconciliation). The only exception to this rule is if by chance, after the completion of her period of ‘iddah, your wife marries someone else, her marriage with that man gets consummated, then due to some reason the second husband also issues divorce to her, then she finishes her period of ‘iddah, after this whole process, she can performNikah with you (i.e. tajdeed-e-nikah and not through verbal or physical reconciliation).
