I am a family medicine doctor and I had stroke 4 yrs ago with recovery where I am able to walk but there is a limp. I couldn't talk at all when I had the stroke and it occurred at age 34. Now mental skills are back but there is weakness on my right side of the body. I am able to walk without any assistance.
I am getting disability income now and I was able to work 4 hrs even after the stroke occurred but my work place gave me early disability retirement.
Is it halal to get paid without working at all?
