Divorce does take effect even if given in the state of pregnancy. Per your mentioned statement, three (3) divorces have already

fallen upon to your sister.

The couple is no more a husband and wife. They are now total strangers and are “haram” for each other to live together. 

Your sister’s “Iddat” (waiting period) is until the delivery of her child.

There is no way to reunite with her first husband except that she marries another person, and that person after having had intercourse with her, decides to divorces her according to his own will, or dies; can only then your sister be allowed to marry her first husband and that too, after the expiry of her new “Iddat” and through a new “nikah” and a new “mahr”. 

وطلاق الحامل یجوز عقب الجماع۔(ہدایہ ص ۳۳۶ج۲ کتاب الطلاق باب طلاق السنۃ

وان کان الطلاق ثلاثا فی الحرۃ وثنتین فی الامۃ لم تحل لہ حتی تنکح زوجاً غیرہ نکاحاصحیحا وید خل بھا ثم یطلقھا او یموت عنھا (فتاویٰ ہندیہ : ۱ /۴۷۳)

قال أبو بکر الرازی تحت عنوان ’’ذکر الحجاج لا یقاع الثلٰث معا‘‘۔ قولہ تعالی : ( الطّلاقُ مرَّتان فامْسَاکٌ بمعروفٍ أوْ تَسْرِیْحٌ بِاحْسَان } الآیۃ ، یدل علی وقوع الثلٰث معا مع کونہ منھیا عنہ وذٰلک لأن قولہ :’’ الطلاق مرتان‘‘ قد ابان عن حکمہ اذا وقع اثنتین بان یقول : أنت طالق ، أنت طالق ، فی طھر واحد ، وقد بینا ان ذٰلک خلاف السنۃ فاذا کان فی مضمون الآیۃ الحکم بجواز وقوع الاثنتین علی ھذا الوجہ دل ذٰلک علی صحۃ وقوعھما لو أو قعھما معا لأن احدا لم یفرق بینھا اھــ     [رسالہ حکم الطلاق الثلٰث بلفظ واحد فتویٰ علماء الحرمین الشریفین]وفی الصحیح للامام البخاری رحمہ اللّٰہ تعالیٰ : باب من أجاز طلاق الثلٰث لقولہ تعالیٰ : الطلاق مرتان فامساک بمعروف أو تسریح باحسان ۔اھــ [ج:۲،ص:۷۹۱]
