الجواب وباللہ التوفیق

Be aware that it is not permissible to transliterate the original Arabic script of the Holy Quran to any other language. Even if available somewhere, it is not permissible to read the Qur’an through it. Apart from other evils, it also has an aspect of distortion. It is therefore mandatory to learn the “Qur’an’ directly from a teacher. 

However, the Qur’an translations and commentaries are available in English language. In this regard, Hazrat Mufti Shafi Sahib's “Ma'arif al-Qur'an”, or Hazrat Mufti Taqi Sahib Damat Barakatham's Tafsir “Easy Translation of the Qur’an” can be studied. 

وسئل مالك هل  یکتب المصحف على ما أحدثه الناس من الهجائ

قال: لا إلا علٰی الکتبة الأولٰى

 قال أبو عمرو: ولامخالف له في ذلك  من علماء الأمة

Translation:

That is, Imam Malik (RA) was asked: Is it possible to write the Qur'an in the script that has become popular among the people nowadays? He said: No, but it should be written in the same original style of writing.

Abu Amr (RA) says: There is no objection to Imam Malik’s position on this, among the scholars of the Ummah (May Allah have mercy on him). 

’’وفي التحفة القدسیة في أحکام قراءة القرآن وکتابته بالفارسیة: ویمنع من کتابة القرآن بالفارسیة بالإجماع؛ لأنه یؤدي للإخلال بحفظ القرآن ...‘‘( التحفة القدسیة بحوالہ جواہر الفقہ، کیا قرآنِ مجید کا صرف ترجمہ شائع کیا جاسکتاہے
