الجواب ومنہ الصواب

It is permissible for the adulterer and the adulteress to marry and have intercourse with each other. 

If a boy is born after six months of marriage, the lineage will be proved from the husband. If a child is born within six months of the marriage, the lineage will not be confirmed. But if the husband acknowledges fatherhood of the child and makes a claim in his favor, then the lineage from the husband will be proved. 

لونکحھا الزانی فی حل لہ وطواھا اتفاقا والولد لہ ای ان جاءت بعد النکاح لستۃ اشھر مختارات النوازل فلو لأقل من ستۃ الشھر من وقت النکاح لا یثبت النسب ولا یرث منہ الا ان یقول ھذا الولد من ولا یقول من الزل خانیہ والظاہر ان ھذا من حیث القضاء اما من حیث الدیانۃ فلا یجوز لہ ان یدعیہ ۔(فتاوی شامی: ۳؍۴۹، حاشیہ  طحطاوی:۲؍۲۳۔ فتاویٰ دارالعلوم زکریا: ۴؍ ۲۳۱)۔(فتاویٰ دارالعلوم دیوبند:۱۱؍۴۱)
