Management Team Member Working for the Organization

A Muslim Organization employes workers for various positions, like Imam,

Nayab Imam,  office workers,  janitor, teachers , etc These are paid positions and  employees are being paid their salaries every month.
 
In the Management team, there are 16 members. Mr.   ' A ' is one of them.
 
The Question is:  Is it Permissible or not permissible  for Mr. 'A'  to work for the organization in any of the above positions?  OR what does Sharia say : Can a Member of the Management  be employed by the organization for any of the above jobs?
 
Question 2:  The Chairman has made a rule:  MEMBER OF A MANAGEMENT TEAN CAN NOT WORK FOR THE ORGANIZATION even though the member is fit for the position.
 
Is it right for the Chairman to make such Rules.  I shall indeed be grateful for guidance in this matter.

  1. Any member of the management team can become the salaried employee of the organization. Shara’n there is no harm in it.
  2. If this rule is made for any management or legal necessity then it is also correct.
